Whats up with you.. I remember in a previous thread you said that you hardly ever play your PS3 but yet in your sig you have 2 games in your "now playing" and one of which is GTA IV, and judging by your previous posts you praise GTA IV like its a religon, ok you have it on your PS3 but yet you said in a previous post that you hardly ever play your PS3?! Hmm that makes perfect sense

In my book yes Gears deserves a 10.. The reason being is because i can honestly say gears is the only game that i have owned the day it came out and still play it almost every day to this day, atleast until Gears 2 comes out.. The only other games i can say that for is Halo 3 and COD 4 although Gears takes up most of my time. GTA IV online is terrible, boring,slow paced and just overall unorganized and meaningless to say the least

Gears of War deserved a 10? Your kidding me right? GTA didn't exactly live up to the hype but it beats Gears in every way imagineable, IMO atleast.ONLYDOD

I know i know, there are a lot of GTA IV hate threads but i just had to get this off my chest.. First of all.. Bioshock, Gears of war and COD4 are all TRUELY next gen or (this gen if you want to get technical) games that easily deserved a 10!! GTA IV does NOTHING revolutionary whatsoever.. Hell even Mass Effect brings more innovation and fun to the table then GTA IV does.. and it only got a 8.5!!! I just have no idea whatsoever why GTA IV got a 10, how does it innovate from previous installments?! infact there is more to do in San Andreas than GTA IV.. The story and atmosphere of GTA IV felt very ininspired as well.. Nothing about this game whatsoever screams AAAA..

I know it wont change the fact that GTA IV got perfect scores across the board but those perfect scores where very very undeserved.

I decided to try out the one month Qore membership to see what its all about and its got some potential I must say especially the fact that you can have access to betas which is a huge plus.. But anyway, i dont know if this is old news or not but On Qore during the socom interviews the Developers did say and confirm that Socom confrontation WILL included a bluetooth headset if you buy the blu ray version.. Thats really cool although i just dont understand why sony doesnt just included a headset with each PS3, that would be so so much better and would add a lot more to the whole multiplayer expierence overall.

If sony keeps this up ill have a collection of Bluetooth headsets in no time lol, first the bluetooth headset I got with warhawk and now the one im going to get with Socom when it comes out.. what next, a bluetooth included with Killzone 2, Little big planet and resistance 2?! LOL i will then have 5 bluetooth headsets courtesy of SONY!! LOL im just joking about the them inlcluding a headset in the other games because i know it wont happen, but still kind of funny to think about it

Well, the PS3 is outselling the 360 in average by 50 000 pro week. At that rate it will need almost 160 weeks (3 years) just to catch the 360.

Anything can happen in the game business. Look at the wii, the 360 was by 11 million consoles when the wii launched and now just a year and a half later its beating the 360 by several million units.. Grant it the PS3 isnt selling anywhere near the same rate as the Wii but with a solid $100.00 price drop and great games on the horizon, it could easily

I heard that Dirt was better on the PS3 since they first made it for the PS3 and the same engine being used for Grid, thats just what I heard several times

I was thinking about it, and after looking back at this year's NPD numbers I just realized that the PS3 was outselling the 360 for the months that the 80 GB was still on shelves.. And just think, that same 80 GB that was outselling the 360 didnt even have MGS4 nor a Dualshock 3 . with not any great games coming for the 360 until late this year, its very very possible that the PS3 can overtake the 360 in worldwide sales by the end of this year especially considering how MGS4 will move A LOT of consoles in Japan.

I also think Sony will cut the price of the PS3 by $100.00 this holiday season putting the 40 GB at $299.99 and the 80 GB MGS4 bundle at $399.99 and if that happens not to mention all the other great titles to come for the the PS3 this year, i honestly see the PS3 overtaking or atleast matching consoles sold worldwide by the end of this year!! Now grant it the 360 might get a $50.00 price cut which would make it evenly priced with the PS3 if sony cuts by $100.00 and also Gears of war 2 will be a big seller but i really think this time it will be Japan that helps put it over the top with MGS4 expected to sell a lot of consoles over there!!
