I remember playing the demo of this a game a ton of times, but for some odd reason never actually bought it. Anyways, it's considered a psone classic, and I got excited when I saw that this was available, but this is one of those games that uses all of the buttons on the original psone controller, which means we have no R2 and L2 buttons, so I'm not quite sure how well this game ill play on the psp. What a bummer :/

If anyone plays this on the psp please let us know what button scheme you use and if this game is worth playing on the psp's limited controls.

L2 and R2 on analog stick

I only have one thumb though. I guess you could customize the buttons a bit, but it seems like a lot of these controls need to be readily available.

How good can you customize the controls on the psp? For example, can you make D-pad right+Circle=R2?

When I get home tonight I'm going to do a side by side comparison, Sony supposedly used the same exact screen, but I'll know more once I can put them side by side. I think there is slightly less motion blur on the slim, but not sure.

So I just got a PSP slim as an early Christmas present and I popped in my old battery since it was already charged, and I dropped in a UMD movie and I noticed that the colors look a bit washed out, but I couldn't do a side by side comparison since my other battery wasn't charged, but has anybody else noticed anything like this while doing a comparison?

If you're a long time symphony of the night fan, then I say stick to the original. The dialogue is memorable, whereas the DXC version is bland and pale. They redid the dialogue because when the game frist came out in 97', apparently it was translated verbatim to the japanese version. It was fine though, nothing seemed out of place. Also the voice acting sucks in the new one, no feeling whatsoever in their voices. This applies to the version on DXC, and the xbox version. If you want the full experience, play the PSN download, or get the original for PS1.

Also, the border sucks on the DXC version. you can't eliminate it on thePSP, whereas in the PSN download, you ca select four different views, 2 of which don't have borders.

I say still get DXC for the other two games though, they are phenomenal. I love the game for what it is

you couldnt be more wrong if you didnt want the changes then to bad some of us appreciate it being a little different especialy since most of us beat it and maybe want it to be a little different and you cant even notice the borders while you play

How could I "be more wrong"? It's my opinion that they tampered with a formula that wasn't broken to begin with. I hope you doappreciate the changes, I'm not saying you wasted your money, I simply feel that this version is inferior. I've finished both 200.6%, and I personally feel that the changes made were unjustified. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

So basically they changed the ending song, updated the translation, and added voice acting? Oh and you have to play with borders, which I would either way because the game is made in a 4:3 aspect ratio and I hate distorting the image.

IsGo!Cam the camera attachment for the PSP? According to IGN Eye Toy: Play Portable uses the PSP camera and is scheduled to be released with a date of TBA 2008 in North America. So Sony has plans to bring the camera attchment to the North America. Japan usually gets things first because Sony is a Japanese country afterall, and who gets it next depends on its potential to sell. I bet the Eye Toy for the PS2 did better in Australia than it did in the United States, so Sony probably expects similar results so we get the shaft.

Same reason why we get fewer psp colors to choose from, they simply don't sell as well as they do in other countries.

Phoenix Wright. All of them.:DVyse_Legends

Careful Duddy, Phoenix Wright isn't for everyone. It's more of an interactive novel than an actual video game. The characters and dialogue(all text based)are top notch though, and this is the reason why the game works because the rest of the mechanics are pretty bland. Still, if you want a decent story and great characters, thenPhoenix Wright is a nice title to play. I finished the first and I bought the second not too long ago, but haven't played it.

I'm not at all surprised that Nintendo already has a redesign finished. It's really tempting to want to get the latest and greatest, but I'll have to see it once its released to see whether or not its worth getting, and I'm guessing that by the time its released, a DS 2 version won't be far away. I still have my gameboy sp so the gba slot won't be missed except for the rumble feature.

I've completed the game, but its difficult to try and make out what you're trying to say. I think I know what you're trying to say, but you should really practice on your writing skills. I'm not saying it has to be perfect, but people should be able to read it and know what you mean without having to piece it together like if it was a puzzle.
