you think thats bad? i have CHINESE friends who are like that (i'm azn, filipino) its funny cuz one of my friends is the biggest japanophile ever, collection gundams, buying manga, watching anime, like code geass and gundam 00, haha, and he dropped out of japanese after one month.
another thing, is that i chose to learn mandarin instead of japanese in college, because i didn't want to get labelled as a japanophile. i admit i watch anime too

:lol: I heard that the Chinese, Koreans and Japanese hated each other. Of course I'm speaking very generally, I'm a Chinese myself and don't see why I should hate them.
The Chinese and korean hate thing is not about any previous war or conflict, but rather.. Koreans claiming certain things as their own, eg : Confucius as Korean instead of Chinese, Tofu as a korean invention. It became more of a joke for various chinese communities throughout the world. I've got a relative killed by Japanese soldiers during the Sino-Japanese war, though i never knew him..mostly because he's dead.
It should be sometime before i get 100 digits etched into my mind. Could at least brag to someone about it, though highly unlikely that anyone would care. : (
