Just because he's using a reference to practice drawing doesn't mean he's plagairizing. If he were, he'd post the original and credit it to himself. Let him progress the way he chooses.

I have dated this girl for about 9 months now. She loves me very very much and I used to feel the same. It's just, my love for her is starting to fade and I know she will do whatever it takes to make our relationship work. I called her and told her the way that I feel and she is taking it very very hard saying things like "I can't live without you" or "I'm dead inside." It may be possible for me to regain my feelings for her but I don't know and the more I make her wait, the harder it is for both of us. I've never felt so terrible because she loves me so much and she's "never been through this much pain." I'm just trying to hold on to the hope that she will eventually move on and forget about me but she says that she will never. I assure you this isn't some puppy love. She sounds too dependant, she needs emotional and possibly psychological help. I would tell her parents or maybe consult a school counselor.

heh, same here. ...And Justice for All was the first CD i'd ever owned. Then i bought the black album, and i loved that. since then, i've only bothered listening to Death Magnetic from beginning to end. Owned Garage, Inc. and couldn't stand it. sampled friend's copies of Load and Reload, and the only radio single i really enjoyed was St. Anger, and "liked" is really stretching it.

So yeah, ...And Justice is easily my favorite, though i feel like DM was a very nice addition to their discography. It really took elements from their newer sound and blended it with elements from their classic style. If they keep pushing it, i think i might fall in love all over again.

you probably just caught her off guard, that's all. A reasonable person will see that you were only trying to provide comfort. But I've met a fair number of girls that would assume you were trying to take advantage of them. It's hard to call without knowing your co-worker.
