@Goddammitj Totally agree. Valve said that they spent a year testing different ways of different input methods. So if they came to the conclusion that this is the best way, then I gotta say that I'm kinda interested in getting my hands on one and testing it out for myself.
@thelegendlives5 They did say that all the announcements would be related to big picture and bringing steam to the living room. Its your own fault for getting your hopes up.
@Gamer3344 I would expect a form of input device like some really weird controller. Basing this on the news articles earlier this year about how they were testing out input methods. That and the last FAQ of the webpage.

As an irreversible valve fanboy, a steam OS sounds like a dream.
My only concern is compatibility issues. Will either put it on my laptop or install it on a separate partition rather than replace windows on my desktop/
