This is quite funny. This game was given a 9.0 in comparison to other similarly priced dlcs. People who are comparing the score this dlc got to a full fledged game like the last of us should probably start thinking before they post.
Okay, this is what I don't get. Why are people on the petition acting as if the xbox one from e3 was some sort of pioneer into a new age of game sharing, trading and so on. I thought the whole point of console gaming was for people who did not have the patience to deal with all the quirks of owning a PC for gaming. Something for people who valued being able to hook up a machine to their TV, insert a game disk and start playing right away. Why is all this stuff going out the window?
@CptYoutube Its a nice thought, but its a bit optimistic to think that it would work out as perfectly as you are describing it. There is a good chance that the xbox one would have shipped and we would have gone on to find some sort of limitation or restriction on this feature. I mean, do you really think that publishers would allow free sharing of a game so that when you buy 1 copy, you buy 10?
Honestly, I prefer the xbox's backtracked policies now. I don't see why I would want to give out a game that I bought with my own money to 10 freeloaders. Nobody else in my family plays games as I do, and I doubt that anybody will have 10 siblings who are all keen xbox one owners. I would prefer to have my console be offline when I want it too, to be honest.
@omar_q I wouldn't say that it will fail. Judging by its player count during the beta, it has already succeeded. Have no idea where you're getting that its going to fail.
