what? that's BS. there is NO open world game that exists today that doesn't have pop-in. hell, even 99% of corridor shooters have some form of LOD going on, which emulates exactly like pop-in to the untrained eye.

Well it deserves it, it's easily the best looking console game to come this year, only competition being God of War III which looked better in parts but was linear and inconsistent.

i'm pretty sure that a patched fixed all the problems from Fallout 3's PS3 iteration a few days after it's initial launch-and that was 2008. developers overall are definitely more proficient with PS3 hardware.
