Microsoft went from 3 to 4 quality exclusives in 2007, to a crawling 1 or 2 from 2008-on. what are they exactly doing? this Kinect bull**** only serves to further pull them down. and it isn't only the control scheme, it's the fact that they are practically ALIENATING 99% of their fanbase by trying to appeal EXCLUSIVELY to the casual audience. Sony opted to take a less drastic route and included an abundance of both hardcore and casual releases to their Move lineup (which has proved to be working quite well in boding naysayers over), but Microsoft is basically saying "you'll buy a $100+ casual peripheal, i mean you didn't mind a $10 Xbox Live subscription increase!"

now we're nearing 2011 and the only confirmed exclusive for the first and second quarter of the Xbox 360's lineup has been delayed five months?!

i mean, they should have done EVERYTHING in their power to make sure Gears of War 3 released on time considering the situation it's in (i mean how many exclusives are we expected to compromise with next year? 1?).

i said it once, and i'll say it again: i will not replace my Xbox 360 (i have an Elite BTW, which RROD'd awhile back if you guys haven't heard me mention it in the past) until Microsoft fixes their act. i don't buy a product with the intention of being taken advantage of by the manufacturer.

there's no potential for any future or launch releases to be any good with that kind of control scheme. anyone who believes otherwise is foolhardy.
