they keep saying "you can turn it completely off, HOWEVER if you say "xbox on" it will turn back on.
this is ridicules. I am not computer eng or a programmer but I understand that if the machine can hear when I say "xbone on" then it can hear anything else at the same time.
with the many hacks to xbox, the fact that there are copied games, and others, defiantly people will find a way to hack this.
I really hope that the media keeps talking about this until it is fixed, I trust a few sites GS included, and hope they keep saying the truth and not hiding stuff this will keep them relevant and this might do something to help solve the problem.
"When the system is off, it’s only listening for the single voice command--'Xbox On'" what do they think we are stupid? it is impossible for the xbone to ONLY listen to one phrase, it has to run every sound and analyze it so that when you say xbox on it will turn on. the fact that they had to say this means that they are afraid of privacy concerns and they should be. I just hope people don't get fooled by this.
Didn't feel like a halo game to me. the spikes up I believe are the resales possibly. the spartan ops didn't do it for me just like the gimmky gameplay. got back to playing reach for a while.
with 3 halo games in the making -THREE!- MS just went and did the worst thing they can do, make Halo into a COD-like cash cow. yes it will sell A LOT on the short run, but the game will lose its core audience and the brand will go down.
the three games are Halo 5, Halo 6 and some other game named like halo bootcamp or something, all reported by GS.
