@Wienerman- I don't know dude. Maybe there's something wrong with your console or copy of the game because you obviously played a different game than everybody else. 20fps? Really? Oh well, opinion vary right? The bright side is we all have one. Imagine a world where people couldn't just make up and say whatever they wanted to. I'm sure you'd be miserable.
@thijs-x Yes but why? Is it because people would become afraid to voice their true feelings? If you feel strongly about something then you should never be afraid to be heard.
@taker254isback Well, I think they did an exceptional job integrating the three main protagonist concept. Switching between Franklin, Micheal, and Trevor feels natural and speeds up the pace. In fact the pace of the game is much faster than any of its predecessors. And because mission structure has been VASTLY improved, they never become tedious. Each character feels more "involved" with the game world than in any other GTA game. They feel alive and when you're playing as Trevor, it feels like Micheal, and Franklin are going on with their lives without you. Sometimes I jump between them after a while just to see what their doing. I could go on and on about the improvements that Rockstar successfully included but you should already know this since you played it. The fact that the underwater portions of the game feel as alive and as explorable as the city parts is innovative in itself to the genre. I understand 9. 9 is a good score but and is perfectly acceptable. But I have to side with the sites that gave GTA 5 a 10 because it's not only the BESt GTA, it's the most fun I've had gaming all year and the ONLINE portion hasn't even hit yet!
@taker254isback Which is why a lot of people who purchased and play GTA thinks that it deserves a 10. No game is perfect but based on the categories you mentioned, GTA 5 is pretty damned close IMHO.
@Wienerman- Thanks for sharing! Just so you know, there is more to GTA 5 than just the trailer and screenshots. But you still accomplished your mission and got a little attention. Well done!
@canadian_sharky It's funny how the word murder comes up when someone is criticizing a GTA game but it doesn't come up when we're talking about COD, Battlefield, Bioshock, MOH, The Last Of US, Metal Gear, the list could go on forever but my question is why is GTA always singled out for being "bad" when it's not doing anything different than the majority of other popular games?
