Well I live in America, and I say God Damn a lot, and it doesn't seem as if anyone has really ever had a problem with it. I mean, I don't go around shouting "GOD DAMN IT!" but people've heard me say it before, plenty of people, and I've never really seen anyone who had an issue with me saying it. I never perceived it as a big deal saying it, but maybe it's just me. My mom doesn't like people saying it, because it's using the Lord's name in vain, but she doesn't really make a scene about it or anything. Like I said; maybe it's just me. But seriously, it's really not a big deal. Also:

I'm no fanboy, but definitely 360. All-around better console, in my humble opinion. However, getting a PS3 wouldn't hurt, either. I hear a lot of good things about it, and people say it's just as good as the 360. But I'd definitely choose the 360.
I thought Brutal Legend(BL) was supposed to have come out a very long time ago. I remember reading an exclusive pre-release review of it in Game Informer last year, and I just saw an ad for it. It had the BL guy and the big words BL across the top, and it said: Pre-order now and receive an exlusive Tenacious-D inspired in-game guitar. Pre-order is the key word. What's the deal, why hasn't it been released yet?
If you play H3, give someone the code to get them to boost you to 50. On the other hand, based on your options, go with Castle Crashers. Way fun, worth the points.
