Im excited for it too. Ready at Dawn made every single PSP game that was worth owning (Daxter/Syphon Filter/GoW/etc...) so I have high hopes for this. I feel like Sony was like "With Insomniac having betrayed the family....Ready at Dawn, here is your chance to show us what you can do....lets see if you can hang with the big boys!" and I think they will excel :P

That is the only reason im excited for the X1. Unless Sony releases drivers to use PS4 controller on PC, Xbox controller is the best PC controller. Im just not a fan of having the analogs at different levels. It just seems like a pointless design choice for me, but to each his own :P
Well............. does it affect anyone here? I mean really before everyone thinks this is 'the death of xbox' just pause and think about the concept of target audiences. A commercial decision to omit the likes of Chad isn't going to be the downfall of MS. I mean the launch of the original xbox was ethernet only - omitting a fair amount of the countries mentioned anyway.

To be honest, I've had Planetside 2 on PC for a while. Had it during the early beta days before it was up for grabs on Steam, and the truth is that it's really not all that great. It gets boring pretty quick. Perhaps if you jump in with 5+ of your close friends, it can be fun, but from the time I spent on it, its just something I would turn on for 5 minutes while waiting for my g/f to get dressed so we can go out. Not something that I would allocate real time to. But im glad its coming to PS4 so other people can try it too
343 is a great studio. They did a technical marvel with Halo 4, it looks incredible. Too bad the gameplay for Halo sucks these days :( .
Lol, this is completely random and off-topic, but 343 studios reminds me of that one studio I hated with a passion, 989 studios. Anyone else remember them!? They made PS1 games! They started with that 3Xtreme game lol. Man that game was such crap but it was one of the first games I ever bought for PS1. Then they went on to make Syphon Filter and Syphon Filter 2 which were pretty awesome back in the days. And they also made cool boarders which i enjoyed. But the moment I really began to hate them is when they took over Twisted Metal (One of my all time favorite franchises ever) and made the horrendous TM3 and TM4. After that I hated them so much! Luckily, Incognito took back their game and brought the stellar (and by far the best) Twisted Metal Black! Ahhh...nostalgia :P
