no. It would disrupt the frantic rush of the game. IMO cover systems aren't great in FPS games anyway, since you don't really have a good field of view.
I wouldn't put the word "Reach" in any of your thread titles for the next couple of weeks. The mods have really itchy trigger fingers.
But alas, Reach is a great game, and you should give it a shot. The new 360 slims are more reliable than any previous 360, although that's not exactly saying something. As for the future of halo, nobody knows what will happen when 343 studios takes the reigns, we can only hope for the best.
Fable 2 was pretty good fun and all, but 3 looks like the exact same thing! There are really no additions that I care about. tbh I'm not interested, I'm gonna wait for a price drop probably.
Hopefully, MOH deserves it. The beta was god awful, and I know they've made some changes since then but I highly doubt that's enough to actually change my perspective.
How could a character from Starcraft 2 be voted over Darth Vader as the greatest villain? (gamespot greatest villain bracket). Darth Vader is obviously the ultimate villain, he's pretty much a household name unlike this "Kerrigan" chap. And he's been in plenty of games on our beloved 360 too (making this thread very relevant to the forum). Did anyone seriously vote against him? Why? You guys have failed me for the last time...
There are some ridiculous team kills. I was gunning down a ghost today from a mounted turret, and some kid walked in front of me and got his head blown off...kicked.
Then in infection it registered my kill on the zombie a fraction of a second after he infected me, giving me a betrayal and a kick...BS.
I'm 100% with you OP. I hate how the covenant got all "humanized". Now in Reach they feel a bit more foreign and alien, which makes them all the more intimidating. Couple that with the grittier feel in general, and I can safely say I like ODST and especially Reach, even more than the campaigns of halo 2 and 3.
