Smart marketing, build up the viewerbase at a cheap price, get people invested in staying then slowly increase the price 1 or 2 dollars every other year. It's still hell of a lot cheaper than cable prices.
Wait why is the Internal drive slower than the expansion card? Is it because the internal has to deal with the Xbox OS and running the game where as the expansion pass is exclusively to load games?
It’s a good thought but no one really browses games on a browser. Plus Steam actually let’s you keep the game where as Game Pass will remove the game after a certain period of time.
This is not to say Game Pass is a bad service, I have it and love it.
