So i'm looking at upgrading my gaming rig, so far I have in mind is

Intel i7 9700k
Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming Motherboard

I don't know what to get in terms of cooling fans and memory. I'd like 32GB of ram (overkill? probably). I already have a 1070 Ti and PSU is 850w. I'm in Canada so i'm buying off of Amazon or Newegg. I like Amazon tbh but whatever works. Budget 1200-1500 CAD. Don't really care for RGB if it'll save on price. I have a mid size tower.

I'm not too tech savvy so i'm asking you guys for some advice. If i'm missing something, let me know!

@Vatusus: Ah yea that’s understandable.

I thought you were going to complain about the game. The reason for me is it's a tad bit confusing and Freeplay looked to be a mess, no enemies to fight. Seems like a shallow game from what i've played. But i'm still on the fence about buying it.

Maybe the full version will be better? Going to try it on EA Access for the 10hr trial an see. The whole PS+/Xbox Live requirement does suck but I expected that, same as Destiny.

All I can say is, Anthem looks to be shaping up nicely from what i've played in the Alpha. It's exactly what I thought it would be and was quite surprised.

Destiny 2 killer? Just might be.

Wow this is very sad to hear. I've boughten a lot of their Guides over the years. I know I could probably search the internet for the things i'm looking for but I like how everything is in one place. Books were nice to read, even the online guides were nice to.

Gonna miss 'em.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with playing Minecraft. I started playing it back in 2009 and loved it. It’s still a game my friends and I still jump back in to.

I never viewed it as a kids game, so no don’t ever think it’s bad to play.

Anyone know when the next Xbox store sale usually is? Do they usually have a Fall sale? Looking at trying to pickup Dying Light to play with a friend with gameshare. Currently trying to beat Dead Island since we got it with either game pass or games for gold.
