I took the advice of Mr Lions and went ahead and bought Half Life 2: Episode 2. Im downloading it through Steam and since my internet connection is so awesome its taking an eternity! Hopefully I will get to play it soon cuz it looks like a pretty freakin sweet game!!!

Finally bought episode 1 through Steam. It's pretty cool but its way short. I dont know whether or not to get episode 2 yet, cuz i imagine the price will drop once episode 3 comes out.

Just picked up Rock Band for the Wii yesterday. Never played it before, but the drums are pretty dang hard. I can handle the guitar on expert its just the hammer ons and pull offs seem a lot different to me then on guitar hero. but oh well its still a pretty sweet game and now im goin to practice!!

This morning i went and got the books i needed for the upcoming fall semester. which starts august 21st by the way:( Those books are crazy expensive!! i got like 7 or 8 books and it cost around $500! good thing the ol' parents payed for most of it....or i'd be broke!

This is basically the laptop i finally got today after waiting forever for them to build it. It is the Dell XPS M1530 with a bunch of upgrades and it's pretty kickass. It's got a 15.4" screen and it's light so thats a good thing. Not gonna get into all the techy-crap; its just too much to type. I got this laptop for college and it cost about $1500. A worthy investment i would say, considering im on a computer a lot of the time anyway, so it's cool to have my own.

This emblem just showed up today. I was starting to think that i wouldn't get it at all but i knew i had fulfilled the requirements to get it. Pretty nice lookin emblem i guess, but it starts my fourth row of emblems so thats cool!

Level 20 certainly sucks. i did a lot on this site yesterday and i think i moved up .68 percent. oh boy:roll:

I hear that level 20 really sucks. Is this true? On the level FAQ it says getting through this level takes the longest of any of them. I hope it doesnt take too long or i'll get bored with GS. Again. Any feedback on this is greatly appreciated. Oh and if you are over level 20 and commenting on this, tell me how long it took you to get through it. Thanks in advance.

I got this emblem for catching about an hour and a half of the Sony conference. i think its a pretty nifty lookin' emblem.
