Finally someone from their side steps up and really defends their system the right way. I personally completely disagree with his comments about who has the better system. I love microsofts live product, but I was getting just what the doctor order for free from Sony's Playstation network.

The PS4 has everything the Xone will have. However the X1 doesn't have the same potential with regards to hardware. The Kinect 2,0 is not worth $100 bucks to wind up just letting the thing sit there and collect dust.

I respect you Microsoft, because I use several of your 'works sweet' products on a daily basis, but I just don't think you have my money this generation. Yes, I know you didn't really have any of my money this generation either, but I respect you. That's all that should matter now...shhh shhh... It's okay.

Sony has perfected the this concept. It's like Vino, or fine wine for you kids. All of their systems have started out with some duds here or there, but as the generation ages and the skill of developers, especially first party, gets better; you'd observe a marketed increase in the quality of games. Great examples are God of War, The Last of US, FF12 etc.

Honestly I've only used the Kinect at a friends house one time. After that every other time I went over it was never fired up again. Thing was just collecting dust. Not making fun of it at all because that's what ended up happening to my PSmove stuff.

Kinect at the next gen level could be a really cool way to video chat with people. Especially if the service is somehow free, rather than through a paid internet wall. The voice command stuff also looks pretty cool, but at the end of the day its collecting data on you just like everything else connected to the internet.

@Austin Howell thats a whole 33% more powerful. Wouldn't you love 33% more on everything you get, especially if its 25% cheapers?

@freedom01 @steelmouth Freedom, he is right you will need to have your PS4 in the sleep state, that the system has. Meaning the system is on but at a lower usage state, very similar to computers being on all the time, but just in sleep mode.

@Raymond Fischer Correction the PS4 will be always on, however, it will Wake up from a sleep state if you choose to leave it on that sleep state.

Sounds pretty dope. What an easy way to get more sales on impulse buys. Worst part about my PS3 is downloading a game from the store takes about 6 hours and I have the fastest Comcast connection possible. This feature will be sweet, and will make me want to get a vita along side my Ps4. Just knowing that I will have the game in both places regardless of where I purchase.
