PC RPG's are among my favourite games of all time. Here are some which I really enjoyed and highly recommend:

As you may have noticed, I am quite the Bioware enthusiast. Every game they have released, with the exception of Jade Empire, (which I didn't like that much), has been a work of art and truly brilliant.
It really depends on which Yuna. She changed so radically in FFX-2 that it's hard to see her in the same light as you did in FFX. Regardless, I would say Rinoa. Yuna let go and learned to live a little, (well a LOT really), in X-2 and that was refreshing; however, Rinoa is still one of my favourite female game characters of all time. My favourite in the series, so far, is Aeris. Admittedly, she wasn't as vocal as either character mentioned above, nor was she as romantically involved with the protagonist, as say Yuna or Rinoa; however, Aeris had a certain charm about her. It was her, and other members of the FFVII cast, which really made me sit up and pay attention to the FF series.
In terms of looks: Rikku and Tifa knock them both flat. So I assume you were basing that comparison on their personalities.
He's the ultimate nemesis. Although, Stewie is more diabolical. Sephiroth may have a big ass sword that he seems to be able to wield as if it were the weight of a feather; but Stewie has a ray-gun.
He's the ultimate symbol of evil: he's ruthlessly efficient, cold, detirmined and dangerous. He's also mentally imbalanced and rather hateful. I think that he is also popular because of his involvement in Cloud's past. The whole walking away into the flames scene has gone down in history as one of the most popular game movie sequences.
