@judaspete: Why is that a problem? I'm interested in well-written characters... female or male. And there a lot of female video game characters...

To give you an idea of where I'm coming from, I'm socially conservative and think people who believe they're female when they're in fact biologically male are delusional (to give one example). However, I think part of the goal of video games is to craft realistic worlds, warts and all. In other words, it makes sense to me to have gays, transgenders, etc., in video games. Especially RPGS. That being said, I'm afraid of video games becoming a mouth piece for liberals and social justice warriors. They've already infected Twitter, Facebook, and most of the media. Do we really need more leftist propaganda? I play video games to get away from that kind of horse shit.

A STEM field is anything in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

We were told by feminists that the patriarchy was turning away women from the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Sane-minded people saw this as BS, but society as a whole did not, and so it adjusted accordingly to fix this bias against women. According to this relatively new study, the result is there is now a bias against men, but it's not called a bias. It's called a preference. Girl power!

""The finding is based on a survey of nearly 900 faculty members from 371 schools across the country. In a series of experiments, evaluators were presented with profiles of fictional job candidates and asked to rank them according to who was most qualified for an assistant professorship in biology, engineering, economics and psychology. In nearly every case, the female candidates were more likely to be ranked higher, regardless of their lifestyle, area of expertise and the evaluators’ field of research. The one exception was with male economists, who showed no gender bias one way or the other."

Where's my white male privilege at!?

So you are just spamming opensecrets.org

You are supposed to foment a discussion when initiating a thread.

The original post and video will suffice. If nobody wants to talk about it then that's up to them.

Now stop trolling. This will be my last post towards you.

Loading Video...

I don't know if any of you are interested in this but here's a small video (less than 2 mins) of a guy using opensecrets.org to look up Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, and Donald Trump to see where some of their money comes from. It's very telling.
