well where are you flying out of?
When I flew there last year from Vancouver to Tokyo the actual flight time was about 10ish hours and the airline was Air Canada.

Swedish one was better. Never read the books. Hated the American ending.

I have not watched either movie(I do want to watch both however) but I have read the entire trilogy and at the end of the first book
Lisbeth also falls in love with blomkvist. She even purchases a christmas gift for him (a portrait of Elvis that she thinks would fit with his cabin's interior design) but on her way to give it to him, she spots him and berger walking on the street kissing or something and she gets mad, throws his gift in the garbage and goes home. At that point the book ends.
You should always always always eat breakfast, that's how you get your energy to start the day. If you're too tired or lazy there's simple alternatives out there but you shouldn't miss breakfast.
I'm one of those lazy types who can't be bothered to make something elaborate but my breakfast is typically a bowl of cereal. If I'm really in a hurry then I have a banana and a granola bar.
If it was just a sales gig then don't worry about it too much. I mean apple retail is better than pretty much every other retail gig(in terms of management and rewards) but in the end its still retail.
If it was for apple corporate or programming well then... call them back, talk to whoever u have to to talk to to try and get an interview and start checking your voicemail.
For your first moderation, who would you want to be the one to moderate you? spazz, if he ever comes back. We were both in the same group that became mods years ago
While I know alot of ppl say doing the "break" thing has been productive for them I personally can't imagine a break being a positive. People get into a comfort zone of working and then start thinking, "why even go to college" either that or when they do go back (especially for the more difficult technical fields like engineering) can't really get into the immediate mindset necessary to do well.
Just my opinion. I know plenty of ppl who have done the whole break route and done fine but I know another group who have struggled, and I personally couldn't go the break route.
I had a feeling he had done something to Otis... I didn't know exactly what but I figured he had done something, my money was on just leaving him behind but we all know what actually happened.
In terms of why he did it, it makes sense from Shanes point of view as there was absolutely no way he would have gotten away. Otis could have because he wasn't hurt but Otis refused to leave Shane so Shane did the unthinkable and left Otis as bait so he could get away instead.
If you think about it, Shane and Rick are kind of juxdapositions of one another. Rick uses himself as bait to save sophia while Shane uses Otis as bait to save himself.
The way it works at my school is if you're below a 1.5gpa (on a 4 point scale) you get placed on dean's vacation. Thats a mandatory year "break" where you cannot take any courses at the university once that year passes you have a meeting with the dean of your faculty where they pretty much just tell you to smarten up and then let you back in. For the first semester upon your return you are on academic probation where if you get below 2.0 in that semester you're out permanently.
If you get below 2.0 but above 1.5 then you're just placed on academic probation, you're not forced to take anytime off but you're in the "danger zone" where if you get below 2.0 while on probation, then you'll be on dean's vacation. Being on probation also restricts the kind of courses you can take and prevents you from switching faculties.
For your course load you should have plenty of time to be able to do if not excellent then at least decent. Something as simple as reviewing each lecture on the day its taught for 15 minutes makes things stick alot more and makes you think. You'll realize whether you need to ask some questions or what you have trouble with. Its best to recognize your weak spots early as opposed to studying 1 or 2 nights before and realizing theres some concepts you don't understand.
Wow, when a bunch of ppl in regular clothes ran up I thought the cops were being mobbed but turns out those were all plain clothed officers.
Where I live the train network (if you can even call it that, its a pathetic single line) doesn't even have a gate or ticket system, you are free to take the train without paying if you like, there are no barriers to stop you. Of course there is a by-law prohibiting you for riding for free but there is barely an enforcement; once in a while you might get checked for a valid fare coming out of or going into a station but thats few and far between. Really the way they "force" ppl to pay in my city is a culture of fear of being ticketed.
I'm actually studying this very topic in my HR class in which we are discussing employment equity. Is it best to hire someone based purely on merit? or is it acceptable to have certain quotas reserved for people of a specific ethnicity in order to balance the workforce?
I mean there is not true right or wrong answer here, if it was that simple this issue wouldn't exist. There are pros and cons to both positions.
