I pretty much want the games that I can't get elsewhere (ie, XBL or the Virtual Console). I particularly want Goemon's Great Adventur (2.5D on the 3DS would be awesome).
This thread's silly. Of course games can only be reviewed with their time of release in mind. If Ocarina of Time was released right now, meaning that a straight-up, non-improved port, was released, it wouldn't get a 10.
If they can use the Family Guy liscense as effectively as EA's been using The Simpsons license, then I have no problems with this. Better yet, if Radical (now owned by Activision), the developers of Simpsons: Hit and Run helms the project, then the game may be *pun incoming* freakin' sweet.

If a subpoena is validly served and Google has no will or grounds to appeal it's issuance, then they will comply.
This doesn't set any new precedent, as Google has previously already been forced to comply with subpoena orders granted in favor of Viacom and 20th Century Fox, iirc.
I think that the difference here is that copyright infringement is illegal while system modifying isn't. If a subpoena is served, then it's served, but I don't think it'll likely happen since there isn't much of a crime committed.
