by the time sony masters motion control, nintendo will have come out with a brand new form of control

don't know what other type of control nintendo can introduce to the industry??

well, nintendo did just absolutely crush sony and the PSP, and the iphone is a beast on the market with great potential for games, so yeah, it makes sense that they would say that

the wii is the reason why the video game industry received mass mainstream appeal during a brutal recession

to call this a "bad" thing for the industry is not a very smart thing to say.

sony gave it all it could (which is great for us gamers btw), yet still couldn't even outsell the 360.

sony's just going to have accept being in last place. that's too bad.

not as revolutionary as what nintendo is currently developing: thought controlled gaming.

i think we should all take the opportunity to ponder this thread -- and the gentle wisdom that went into creating it.

it is claimed that there are actually a number of species that can live without a brain for several days and continue to go about their business..............i'll leave it to everyone else to draw their own conclusions.

oh and, PS2 didn't called the attention of non gamers...it called the attention of every fricking gamer and people who never had a console or who were new to electronic entertainment.

the PS2 crowd were people who liked videogames...I have never seen a grandpa playing with a PS2...but I have seen a bullload of grandparents playing with a wii

Does it offend you that former non-gamers are intruding on your hobby? If they didn't like playing videogames, why would they be purchasing consoles for themselves?

so as a company, nintendo came into this generation of gaming with a far superior strategy than both sony and ms

What evidence do u need? The actual ewvidence I can give you stems from NA only. I don't really feel the need to compare NA to Japan since it completely destroys it in units sold. Europe is unknown. One sec, let me get my chart.
