Let me guess your favorite map is operation metro? Am I right? It's not hard to find groups of people in Caspian, Kharg, etc. To be fair, Metro is the most popular map in the game, including on PC. The amount of Metro only servers is as ridiculous as 64 player conquest on the map. I do like Metro but only for 32 player or less rush. As far as Caspian and Kharg go, I'm not a huge fan of these huge maps to be honest, although I'm not a huge fan of Conquest period, rush is the way to go.
It does not have dedicated graphics, it has integrated graphics so essentially there is no graphics card. No it will not be able to run Fallout, Oblivion or GTA unless you are content with very bad graphics and framerate.
Is this an actual download though or is it installing the game?, I don't know because my cousin said it was an install, he only has an 8GB download limit so it would have went well over his download limitStevie85
Skyrim is the worst Elder Scrolls game and Oblivion is only a bit better, neither hold a candle to Morrowind. Fallout 3 was very good and New Vegas was slightly worse, so I vote Fallout 3.
Your graphics card doesn't exist, it's integrated graphics. You won't be able to play any blockbuster games that have been released in the last few years, even on low settings.
