@dreamfist11 The hardware could be better of course, but from a companies view point, adding such hardware would increase cost of everything which would trickle down to the consumer. This article did not at one point stress that all of these things could lead to a possible $500-$600 price tag. No "soccer moms" as many here like to put it, would purchase such a system.

This article couldn't be more dead on considering Gamespot's recent success with their last console. Oh wait a minute, Gamespot doesn't make consoles, nor do they have any sense of doing business on a global scale in terms of manufacturing or innovation. In fact, last time I checked, gamespot doesn't even sell any type of hardware at all so Kevins opinion on what should have been or shouldn't have been is nothing more then cretinous ramblings of someone speaking out of their field. Nintendo has been in gaming for decades for a reason. I bought Wii U to play games, not compare it to my PC.
Thank god for Miiverse, at least ill never have to come back here and listen to corporate sabotage. I could dissect this whole article but I can't be bothered. All i'm going to say is there is something definitely wrong when so called experts and actual users have wildly different opinions. And can you get your facts right the update isnt 5gb its 700 mb.
I don't know about the rest of you but me and my cousins played the ish out of Mk vs DC, friends would come over and we would have tournaments for hours on end. I'll keep my eye on this.
