I use my Visa Debit for XBL and just type it in as a credit card as the other poster said. But make sure you go to go xbox.com and look at your account's payment options because they will keep your card information on file and often leave auto-renew on if youre buying a Gold membership.... and you can remove your card information after the transaction through their website.

Guys, honestly.. go to a local sports bar with a buddy and grab a couple of beers. They usually show UFC events at sports bars. This will cost you maybe 5 to 10 dollars but then not only do you get a PPV event out of it, you get a couple of cold beers in ya. It's also a lot more enjoyable watching UFC with a bunch of rowdy cheering fans in the room. It heightens the entire experience if you ask me.wwervin
Most sports bars have cover charges to watch a pay-per-view and the ones that don't always get overcrowded with idiots. Since its a weekend night, there's likely no drink specials so you will be paying a left nut for overpriced drinks which is never fun.

SNES > NES > N64 > Wii > Gamecube

The gamecube was a failure because it was completely outclassed by Microsoft's debut console the Xbox and Sony's PS2 during that generation. Since Nintendo realized they can't simply rely on first party exclusive titles to carry their basic home consoles anymore against rival consoles with much more expansive game libraries, they decided to innovate and do something different with the gamecube successor the Wii. If Nintendo waited a little longer to develop the Wii to make it on-par with the power of the Xbox 360, it couldve arguably turned out to be the best video game console they ever made. But this experimental console turned out to be a decent success and definitely surpasses their bland previous console, the gamecube.

I'm not buying a FPS this year, but two huge blockbuster games in this genre are coming out later this year in Modern Warfare 3 and Battlefield 3.

I've played just about every Mario sports game from the N64, Gamecube, and Wii.... and all have them have been a tremendous amount of fun due to their simplicity to play, as well as some of the challenging difficulty they possess. It's all about the local multiplayer for me, as these games are reminiscent to the old pickup and play arcade games like NBA JAM, NFL Blitz, etc. where you can cooperatively play through various modes with gameplay that is rather simple/addicting... but can become quite difficult as you progress through the game. Its understandable that a game like Mario Strikers Charged gets a score of 7.5 because its compared to other sports games that have a great amount of depth.... but in my eyes, the game is a 10/10 because the local multiplayer experience is far more enjoyable than a majority of games on the market. I have no idea if Mario Sports Mix will be on par with previous Mario sports titles since its in the hands of a different game developer, but if they kept the formula of what made the previous ones incredibly enjoyable, I dont see where the game could go wrong.

So I could hypothetically create a few other Windows's Live Email addresses that arent linked to my Xbox gamertag, and gain more codes which I could all redeem with the same gamertag? This sounds too good to be true.

I got the email saying my order is being processed and they will send a second email for confirmation. So do they send the 100 point code to your house or via email?

im pretty sure you get that update regardless of weather or not you have a vip code.

Gen007

Youre right, I downloaded the update and then found out the VIP code was already redeemed. I only plan on playing it for a week anyway and then returning it for a full refund to put towards Black Ops.

I just bought the game used and they put the disc into the Limited Edition box that had a VIP code behind the instruction manual and some other pamphlets... I just typed the code in expecting it to already be redeemed, but I guess I'm the first one to use it because I'm downloading the "Multiplayer Update 2" as I'm typing this.
