the official xbox VGA cable comes with an adapter to plug the red and white into. Then you can plug it into speakers or something. I have mine plugged into the audio input on my creative computer speakers. so i think you should be fine.
Edit: I should have looked at the link before posting, thats the same thing that comes with the VGA cables. And I'm pretty sure the F/F adapter you were looking at is mainly to make audio cables longer.
I dont think personally that MOH looks too bad, seeing that i never did buy battlefield bad company 2 it shouldnt feel like a been there done that kinda thing. At the very least i will have fallout new vegas to fall back on which will make me feel a lot better :)

I don't think vga ever comes in with the sound. Yes! already another two gamers who too have turned their backs on call of duty. Although i am sure that treyarch will do a good job on black ops i have had enough of lining activisions pockets. Just look at the mw2 map packs 1200msp (£10) for 5 maps, two of which are recycled.... they are now just taking the piss and i hope many gamers will realise this and go for MOH.
Guys for rainbow six fans you have not done your research! If you had you would have known that once Tom Clancy had announced H.A.W.K and Endwar that there would be no more rainbow six games. This for me too was a huge disappointment but with all the good games that have came out recently and the new ones coming up for release i am sure you too will be able to deal with it :)
In the near future i am hopefully going to be buying a new monitor with a VGA input so i can put my 360 on it, i have found this cable on play.com although it does not have the required cables for sound. Does anyone know where i can buy the extra sound cables or have an all in one pack where the sound cables come in with the vga.
Two fairly decent shooters coming out now but which one has got you more interested?
Admittedly i am edging towards MOH as it is something new and different for the franchise so i am interested i what they have to offer. Then again it is more than likely most people are going to go for Black ops and i dont really want to be left after 10 months+ with a dead online mode for MOH.
