FPS-RPG is also a genre but what Bethesda has created is more FPS with only very minor elements of RPG.

Obsidian with their Fallout New Vegas was a much better contribution to Fallout than Bethesda with their Fallout 3 and Fallout 4.

But even Fallout 4 had a lot of short comings in comparison to FO3 and FNV, FNV is pretty much the best of the 3D Fallout's.

Bethesda has been dumbing down their main IP's for some time now, TES was being dumbed down after Morrowind, FO was being dumbed down after New Vegas.

Standard Edition should've remained free, it's clearly not worth the money despite how enjoyable it may seem at first, once you finish the extremely short campaign and few scattered loot missions you will then realize how short lack luster the game is along with the level 20 cap, and how you need to buy the expansions to get the actual "FULL" game. Also some of the main game was tied to the expansions despite originally being available to the base game before the expansions came out.

Why do these always become anime and never western animation?

Nope.

There's nothing charming about it, it's nothing more than useless nostalgia.

Perfect Dark should be added too, but I highly doubt they are ever going to be Rare games on it since Microsoft practically own them now.
