I have no problem with guns, but that's a tad unrealistic. You're right, technically, but seriously, you're not going to see a robber refuse to use a gun because it's just a hunting tool, they're pretty good at killing people. Guns don't kill people, people kill people. Guns are objects with no morals. Its the people, and you should be able to regulate whoever owns one. i.e. High IQ, No Criminal Record, Sanity...etc. Judging guns from that perspective, the same could be said about explosives.
