Taking this with a grain of salt since TC, a racist user, is posting this. Capitan_Kid

He probably was the one who wrote it.

What matchups are you guys looking forward to the most?

I can't wait to see Heat vs Bulls/Pacers/Nets

Nets vs Knicks

Rockets vs OKC

[QUOTE="RevanBITW"][QUOTE="No_Hablo_Ingles"] Apples and Potatoes. Different system (tired of hearing McHale's offense is like MDA), different players, different management that gets good players for pennies on the dollars.

Asik fits our team. 48 minutes of a great rim protector is an advantage that few other teams have.

-Halftime-

Gasol was actually able to space the floor with his jumpshooting. Howard needs that and you won't get that from Asik.

Not necessarily. Gasol's jumper was awful this year and has not been as reliable since late 2011. He used to hit shots out to 17 feet consistently, but he has not had the same touch lately.

Regardless, I doubt teams were just leaving him wide open out there.

Its crazy how many sub-genres have developed in Hip Hop.  Personally, I can't do the trap rap.  Just like how metal makes my ears bleed.  But to each their own.

"Rockets will experiment with Dwight Howard at power forward, Omer Asik at center"

Defensively very scary.

Offensively...

PSP107

can Howard guard the 4?

Maybe some 4s, but definitely not all.  I think the spacing will be crap unless Howard develops a decent shot out the paint.  Like that Tim Duncan bank area.  And also Lin needs to become a better three point shooter for this to work.

Dwyane Wade:

"Everybody knows where I want to be. I want to be in Miami."

"I have nothing to talk about. So there won't be any exciting news over here."

Mr. 305 for life.

Every playoff team in the East from last year will be a playoff team this year. Just watch. The only exception will be the celtics if rondo doesnt play many games, but the hawks and bucks are sure locks.ice144

[QUOTE="vguy555"]I think the only notable player they lost was Tyler Hansbrough. They added Copeland, Watson, and Scola, which seem like pretty good moves to me.

Yeah the Pacers have definitely improved in depth.  Especially when you consider Granger coming back.  I think they're the biggest threat to the Heat at this point.

The Pacers really could have eliminated the Heat in the playoffs. That defense for the Pacers is just very scary. The players they've added are good. Maybe they'll eliminate the Heat this year.

Its more so that they matched up very well with the Heat last year.  Hibbert was looking like Hakeem against the Heat.

Hoping Oden pans out so they can have a big body down low to cause those guys some problems and not lend out multiple offense rebounds.

[QUOTE="JML897"]I'm even leaning towards the Pacers as being my pick to come out of the east. They came within 1 game of doing it last year and they'll most likely be better this year. I still don't take the Nets that seriously36Ounces

Word, but I think Nets forreal though if they stay healthy. When your startin 5 is D Will, J Johnson, Pierce, KG, Lopez and 2nd string is Jet, AK 47, R Evans and Blatche that's a deep ass team. East should be fun to watch. Wish my f*ckin Hawks weren't content with mediocrity though.

You think the Hawks are still playoff bound? The East is top heavy, with 5 quality teams at the front.  But those 6-8 spots are wide open.  It'll be between the Hawks, Cavs, Wizards, Detroit, and the Raptors.

After that its just teams tanking.
