Yeah the Pacers have definitely improved in depth.  Especially when you consider Granger coming back.  I think they're the biggest threat to the Heat at this point.

I'm not sure, you'd probably have to ask a Pacers' fan that.

Mainly because we get to see the Heat become a dynasty.

Never played TLoU, but I can say that the gameplay in Bioshock Infinite got tedious after a while.  And I found myself only continuing just to see what happened at the end.  Which is suprising since gameplay trumps story for me so I usually have no problem putting a game aside if the gameplay is a drag despite a well-produced storyline.  The recycled enemies and that terrible final mission really left a bad taste in my mouth.
