Getting Back Into TV.com

Although I never left I will be putting more work into TV.com since many of my favorite shows are making their way back to the air. Although Gullah Gullah Island is not popular try to take a visit to the guide to see the changes. I am taking so much pride in the fact that my page is the only one on the internet that has Gullah Gullah Island episode names and summaries. I may make a website for the show since there are currently no other fansites. I'll let you know about that as well. Peace, Jake myspace.com/jamminjake245

Christmas Season

The Christmas season is coming - well actually already here! I am looking forward to the many DVDs that I have not purchased as of this point. So on Black Friday I went to Best Buy to purchase season sets of South Park for only $14.00 bucks each! I had gotten seasons 1 - 10 (and the House's DVDs that are out) and when I went to checkout I was thinking woah this is a long line, but bearable, but then people were calling me cutter and I didn't know why so I looked behind me and there was a whole other part of the line so I went there and then looked and the line went around the building 4 times then through the entire TV and home entertainment section and through the computer section. One of my friends decided to wait, but there was no way I was going to wait for that. That was at 4:45 AM he made it home by 5 P.M. Forget Walmart people were using their carts like they were all terrain vehicles going through the grass and right through the shrubs. It was definitely a black Friday. At J.C Penny I went just to look around and I was given Mickey Mouse 2007 Christmas decorations. At Radio Shack the line was around the buildings a couple times, but I paid a guy twenty bucks to let me cut him in line so I purchased a digital camera for only $100 - as opposed to the usual $200!! So did any of you guys purchase anything on Black Friday?

Dad's 1 Year October 3rd

Tomorrow is my dad's one year. Although I have had a year of healing the pain is still unbearable. The fact that my dad is gone is just still shocking. Dad, you will never be forgotten. I love you each and every moment of my life and never stop thinking about you.

2007 - A Year of Hope

Well my friends the sun has set on 2006 and slowly coming up over the horizon is 2007. For me 2007 will be a year filled with hopes and dreams. Nothing can emotionally compare to the pain of 2006 loosing my nana and dad in a few short months. Although we can not forget our past we must trudge forward and use our experiences to better us in the up coming year. Loosing my dad at such a young age will if anything make me a more compassionate person. Times are changing and we must either move with it or be left behind. On Saturday I turn 15. For me that is one of the big one's. Why? It sounds so old! I have really become a teenager and with that come the responsibilities. In a year I will drive, work, and in 2010 graduate from high school. The message I would like to spread is to live each day with dignity and honor. That's not to say if you have a miss-hap that you are a disappointment. In 2007 I would like to think we can all make peace with our selves and our spiritual beings. Life is not easy nor not always fun but if you give it your all you will succeed in life and not only feel the warmth and love of others but your own love for yourself. Life can change like the toss of a dice but you are the player - not the board.
