Incredible.....I honestly did not think this would get above a 6.0.

Preordered the game long ago, but this just made me more psyched for its release. Only a few more days to go!
Once. I don't really see the thrill of revisiting a game if I already know the plot twists, played through the set pieces and seen all the cool moments in the game. Might as well get a whole new experience by playing something else.
Dear. Gawd. My faith in humanity has just plummeted to all-new lows.
Was turned off this game and will never ever play it, from first glance it looks like a DBZ/ Valkyrie Chronicles open world Zombie/muntant game...
ughh..
Anyway have fun with it who all who gets it.

Apart from the cartoony graphics, I honestly can't think of a way in which Borderlands resembles DBZ or Valkyria Chronicles. And apart from one of the DLCs, there's no zombies in the game either.
I've bought around 10 PS3 games this year, but they weren't recently released games. So probably around $AU300-$500.
Still can't believe that the majority has only purchased the equivalent of two new games this year. I mean, c'mon guys, isn't this meant to be System Wars? You know, where all the hardcore gamers hang out? I'm sure playing the same game over and over again does get boring after a while.

[QUOTE="crippled_ram"]They reviewer played THREE AND A HALF HOURS OF THE GAME (counting a restart when he started the game from scratch) before he gave the game a score? Yeah, real good, Infendo. Whoever you are.IPWNDU2
If you start eating a pie you dont have to eat up the whole thing before you know how it taste, last bite will taste the same as the first did.
Thats a horrible comparison
Agreed. Food will taste the same regardless of whether it's the first or last bite 'cos the whole thing is made up of the same ingredients. With games, however, the beginning usually establishes the setting of the game and just gives a taste of what's to come. As you play through the game, you'll open up to new missions, enemies, weapons, etc. that should make for a different experience. If anything, the last few hours of the game should be the most entertaining, as it'll build up to a climax and you'll be up against the most challenging bosses that the game has to offer.
I would love to see the Witcher series hit the consoles.
Final Fantasy Tactics - The Shakespearean-like dialogue you get sometimes before casting a spell. They're terrible. e.g."Master of creation, impart thy help! Ramuh!"
Super Mario 64 - Making Mario Sunshine look like a pile of poop in comparison.
Super Smash Bros. Melee - Apart from Temple and Pokemon Stadium, the stages weren't as well-designed as the ones in the original SSB and Brawl.
Fifa 10 - That stupid keeper that keeps running out. The refs in the game are more biased than the World Cup refs. Millions of bugs and glitches.
Professor Layton - The kid's voice is irritating
Elite Beat Agents - A couple of the covers, such as Sk8er Boi, were really bad
Metroid Prime - Didn't have much of a storyline.
GTA3 - The main character never spoke a word.
Bioshock - Too easy on Normal difficulty, especially the last boss.
Tales of Symphonia - Colette. That is all.
Assuming that the AAA games are games like Fifa or Civilization with almost limitless replay value, or epic 50-hour epic RPGs like Dragon Age, I'll take the 5 AAA games option.
