@ZackRoyer Well they generally say "Some sea spray and wobblyness may occur which could also cause you to be seasick... They also can't guarentee the weather." That's pretty much the same, it's not like the game disc is blowing up or anything.

Would be a lot more innovation, if instead of looking at competitors, these people looked at ways to improve what they have themselves.
