Beating the mission 'Wrong Side of the Tracks' on San Andreas. I hated every goddamn moment of that mission because Big Smoke had such terrible aim

My mom got me GTA3 when I was 11, around launch day so fall 2001. I turned out fine, we're all gonna be fine.Mink
Too true. Similarly, I have been playing 18+/M rated games well before I should have been and I don't have any intention of going out and causing chaos. Violence in video games does not cause people to go out and be violent; anyone with the intelligence and an ounce of common sense knows that what they see in video games (or indeed movies and TV shows) isn't real. I read a newspaper review of Split/Second Velocity claiming that this and games like Burnout are the reason people drive wrecklessly and crash cars when the truth is that it's idiots that cause the chaos. You've all heard the story of x going to y and shooting z because of [insert popular game that involves violence] when we all know the real reason x shot z is because x is a total nutjob.

Sometimes they hit the nail on the head; sometimes they miss the target. Either way, I'm not fussed about something until I've had the chance to experience it. I take everything they say with a pinch of salt most of the times

I played Driver on a friend's Playstation and I was in awe at the fact that you could drive where you want and how you want. Grand Theft Auto kinda pushed me into the immersive sandbox style world by going one step further by not just driving how and where you want but also as badass as you wanted. As a result, the action-sandbox style genre has stuck heavy with me for many years and will continue to do so

I regret selling my Sega Saturn to buy a Fender Telecaster. I do not regret the Telecaster, however. I now own another Saturn because the regret was too much... Never again!

I had the Saturn version (Sega Ages FTW!) and I used to love it. What am I on about? I still do. I also have fond memories of the arcade version of OutRun 2 where I powerslided a red 288GTO around the majority of the track and trounced my opponent. Fun times

I always found Vice City more engrossing. The setting, the exoticism and the wit and the banter of Tommy Vercetti kept me powering through
