No, it requires a levelheaded, very emotionally stable man. "Celibate" men have friends, can be intimidated and can still do what people do and develop attachments for things that they do.

Like I said, it DOES NOT SPEAK WELL OF A PRESIDENT if needs to defer his duties when leadership might matter most in order to be acceptable. AND THAT IS NOT ALWAYS AN OPTION. President is having a meeting with a governor in another state. Rogue nuke kills everyone in D.C. -- family, legislators, etc. No one else to take the reigns or call the shots.
