All the plugs to the router are in (unless guide is fake? lol)

I've already pushed the button, a big problem for myself is that i don't know where the router box is = no disc

I tried to download it but somehow all i got was spyware etc.

I use automatic settings, i've put them all in customly before (that took agesss), but nothing.

I said in first post i'd tried all router ip addresses, sorry if you didn't understand.

Yes i've tried http://192.168.1.1/ along with many many many others.

It just say internet explorer cannot display the webpage, perhaps router error?

Funny you mension the router manual, i've been reading it for last hour, didn't help a bit -_-

Its still like impossible for me to get into my router options, i go "Cmd", ipconfig and the answer i want don't come up,

It is perfectly connected into the modem so idk, i've tried over 10 router ip addresses in the URL for settings but nothing :(

Okay, for nearly a year now i've tried to get online to play call of duty 4, i bought a ps3 first month it came out and i was rapped about online.

My situation is that i'm using a Wired Modem (surfboard modem) and whenever i try to connect it using ethernet cable to ps3 it always says IP Address timed out and thats pretty much where i'm at.

I've tried turning it off for 10+ minutes and turning it back on and nothing, the only thing that got me an IP Address was when i turned the modem off and tried while it was starting up, it got an IP but instantly it said no connection.

I have a router but i've lost the disc and i think i made an error on something so i have to ignore that.

Please, detailed help would make me sooooooo happy, you guys have no idea.

If anyone has messenger or something i'd love to take step by step instruction, that would be bloody great! :D

Thanks for reading and i hope so badly i get a reply that helps, Joel.
