Well visual novels are one of my least played genre. I would play one if it's good. Digimon Survive and Death Mark look interesting though.

Action adventure or RPG they are both tied. Nevertheless I enjoy almost all genres.

I enjoy it from arcade racing to sim. A lot of them provide customization and even an ability to create a graphic design to apply on the vehicle. That's were I spend majority of my time on because it can be really fun to design your own graphic and apply it to your vehicle for others to see or use for their own if you give them the option to do so. Also some games have a lot of good scenery which makes you stop and appreciate what's around you. Which can be relaxing and different from other game genres that constantly have you fighting against someone or something.

I still remember the Gears of War trailer it was so good that I bought the game when it came out. My wife loves the Gears of War series, but I prefer Halo more.

@monsterfrog: Too bad you don't have the Rabbid Donkey Kong holding the Rabbid Mario about to smash someone that I saw on the E3 showroom last year. Now that's a statue. Other than that maybe 600+ or something you just got to find the right buyer for it and probably get more out of it.

This has happened to me a couple of times. When me and my wife go out to eat at a restaurant sometimes she picks a random place. So she would tell me that they have hambagu and I would say oh okay I wonder what type of burgers this place has. So when we go and I would look at the menu and I don't see a single hamburger just different type of pattys. No buns, lettuce, tomato nothing just the patty with cheese or sauce. I would just look at her and say you get me every time. So this time I pick the place and I pick Big Boy and you know Big Boy have burgers. Different kinds of hamburgers too. So when we got there and I look at the menu and there was steak, curry, rice, fried chicken, french fries, cream corn soup, some skillets, desserts and hambagu. Not one single hamburger in Big Boy. I've been bamboozled.

My mother would play 80's arcade games the last game she played was the Namco Museum collection on the PS1. I'm pretty sure my father did too the last game he played was Doom for the PS1. He would call the BFG Big Momma. Last year he invested $3000+ on a PC because he would do video editing on his laptop so he thought it would be better to ditch his laptop and use a PC instead and try to get back into gaming. I called him over the phone once and I ask him has he played any games yet?He said he bought a few and tried them out, but just finds it difficult for him to play it. I guess modern games and controllers are too much for him to get familiar with. I told him to try out old school games from his days to get familiarize first and then slowly move up to more modern games and hope that it will help him. I've been talking to him recently, but I should ask if he is still trying to play videogames or did he just give up.
