Mike Patton by a fairly large margin.

Probably the 90's because of the countless awesome alternative bands. However, the 80s is a very close second because of its punk scene as well as its alternative scene, however I tend to enjoy the 90s alt. and indy a bit more.
Grew up with it, love it.
edit: I like pop punk aswell.
Btw, anyone like the Descendents?

Love the Descendents. Definetely in my top 10 punk list.
And lol at punk not taking effort and time to produce. Listen to Husker Du, Refused, and Streetlight Manifesto.
Punk is my favorite type of music. If you can honestly dismiss the entire genre as unintelligent, meaningless bullcrap then you obviously haven't heard enough of it and it's MANY variations.

Although there are quite a few things I miss from the 90's, I'm pretty content with the current decade.

I love Girl Talk!
Here's one I bet no one has heard of: Choking Victim.
I'm quite a big fan of Choking Victim myself.

I actually like Green Day's older stuff quite a bit. They're not one of my favorites or anything but they get WAY too much hate from alot of people. And to call them talentless is completely and utterly false.
I have to agree with you there, they're pretty talented :).And are their older CD's good?Yeah, in my opinion Green Day was at it's peak in the "Dookie" era when they still had their punk edge to an extent. The music was rawer, more energetic, and just a whole lot funner to be honest. The lyrics were more focused on everyday topics and the true talent of the band was showcased better, especially Mike's bass playing and Trey's drumming.
[QUOTE="Ilovegames1992"][QUOTE="Michael0134567"] Aha thanks,at least someone likes my music :P.And I like their old stuff, not sure about the new stuff, but I've heard a few of their new songs.Michael0134567
If nobody you know likes Metallica or AC/DC then you know the wrong people.
