I think that instead of bickering (pointlessly, I'll add) about people having different opinions to them that actually have no effect on their lives, people should instead just play the damn games.
@thekazumalord Good/Bad is opinion. If you think they are good but gamespot think they are bad, is it really going to affect your enjoyment of the game? Is the sheer audacity of someone having a different opinion to a game than you really going to affect the gameplay any? Just because the consensus agrees that the game is bad doesn't mean that everyone thinks so.
What people might do instead if they had to see other gamers would spawn other comments such as "your so fat" or "You look like you headbutted a cheese grater" or in the case of female gamers there could be either the previous but also sexist comments along with stalkerish comments. Personally, I think that the Kinect would cause more problems that it would solv.e
I agree with you Johnny. The rare moments I've had playing tabletop games have been very fun and memorable. It's just unfortunate that I don't have many friends who live nearby who are into that so getting together for a game is quite difficult.
