Shaq is injured this season so you can't say that he's done for the rest of his career.
He's got 2 or three more years if he's not asked to score. He's one of the best passing big men in the history of the NBA and still defends other big men well.
He would be a nice fit for a team like the Suns or the Mavs because both teams are weak inside.
