and dont even compare this to ps2 slime, ps2 slim didnt come out 1.5 years after the original comsole release, and ps2 slime didnt have a better video output added on, all ps2 slim was samller and had the network adapter built in, and it came out several years later. ps2 slim didnt alienate early opters, at all.

if i already had a 360 and had an HDTV i would be really pissed off!

no wonder MS still HAS NOT made a profit in their game division! my advice MS for xbox720 release it in the US only and include a bluray drive in it!

Am i only the only one tired or reading threads about how sony is going to fail, and how the PS3 could be the end of sony. I thought it might be usefull to enlighten some of you in the fact that Playstation is only a small percentage, i think i read 13% somewhere. Sony sells tvs, dvd players, they have movies, music players, mp3 players and all kinds of electronic stuff, so the ps3 hurts them, but not enough to kill them.

actually, majority of console owners aren't aware of HD FEATURES. as in the switch on the chord for the 360. or different video output settings on a tv.

You don't get demos any faster than anyone else and my understanding is you have to pay for all kinds of pictures, wallpapers, and packages.

PSN just got it's first wallpapers recently and they're 100% free. We're also getting a movie service and a TV service.

a little late...XBL has a movie service, a real tv service is in the works, and you can also download and keep tv shows. also, a lot of wallpapers and picture packs are free. the 360 came out of the box filled with free wallpapers and picture packs.

a lot of things are free on the 360. try again fanboy.

Sorry, budget says I can only keep one or the other. I went the PS3 route cause I have a setup (HDTV, headset, fiber cable for surround sound) all ready to go now.
