@daidochus: and who started this cycle of revenge and violence? Joel. The most selfish of the bunch who murdered dozens and sacrificed a chance at a cure for humanity so he could be happy. And Ellie would have sacrificed herself in a heartbeat if given the choice.
@themetal1996: what are you talking about? Consumers have ALL the power. People complain about Sony blacklisting people for giving bad reviews but I guarantee (cuz I know people) that reviewers are 100x more scared of public backlash than Sony backlash. Studies show that reviews have little bearing on sales overall. If someone wants a game, they will buy it.
That being said, I’m still gonna get Spongebob because I need a palette cleanser and some good old nostalgia after TLOU2.
@bdrtfm: this game was fun back in 2003 and was pretty good overall. Unless there’s serious problems that didn’t exist in the original game, I don’t see how it can get such a low score.
@tomhorst: for real. TLOU2 is at least a 9 for gameplay alone. I’m still working on the story but as of 20 hours in it’s quite possible I might like Abby more than Ellie. I woulda never believed that last month. What a freaking game....
@RSM-HQ: I'm not gonna argue it was a masterpiece, but it's definitely better than the 4/10 gamespot gave it. I'd give it at least a 7, especially played with a friend. That's how I played majority of the game.
@StonerDemon: funny because none of the reviewers had any complaints about that stuff. They said that Ellie and Dina are just a couple that happens to both be women and that’s it. All your rumors of leftist pandering is just the internet 4chan leaker riling you up and it’s apparently working. Don’t ever let anyone with a clear agenda tell you what’s good. Especially since Naughty Dog can’t defend themselves without spoiling their own game.
