@plurmp: There’s no need to hope what the port will be like since the games were ported to pc a while ago… we already know what the port is like since the steam version will be no different than the epic games store version. This story is a nothing burger except to the crazies who refuse to use anything but steam to play pc games (and those with a steam deck where it’s supposedly easier to play games that are on steam and not other store fronts).
It’s a nice feeling to have that spare igpu in the non F intel models but I probably haven’t had to use it in over 15 years or more. Really, if you have a spare gpu around (which I haven’t ever had to use) I wouldn’t bother with the non F versions.
I think Amazon would argue that you’re paying for prime shipping, and everything else included (video, music (they’ve changed the music service before), games, etc) is a perk. Like paying for Netflix movies but getting mobile games as a perk.
I think a lawsuit against hbo’s practice of removing hbo shows would have more legs.
There should be no one buying this at that price. This monitor is closer to last year’s Alienware model than any of the new ces offerings and shouldn’t cost more than $800-$900.
You can get Alan Wake 2 directly from Epic Games for way cheaper. In fact, the Epic Games Store has one of the greatest sales in the history of video games going on right now and not a peep about it from this site...
Oh wait, this is an ad isn't it? Never mind then. Carry on.
