No but I see the OP's point, they probably spent a ton on the system they used only to have it end up available for download. I'm not saying piracy is a good thing, or even that it's acceptable, but I wonder if they realize that some pirates get their kicks from doing things like this. If you don't put protection on a game, I'm sure the company would end up making more in the long run, as I've had more than my share of games messed up by overcomplicated "security" systems...
It's been a while now, but I don't remember having much of a problem beating this game on hard. I thought it threw in a twist, but not really a tactical challange.
DoW2, easily. Sure SC2 looks fun, and they've promised things will be different, but you know what Blizzard? YOU TOOK TOO LONG!!! I'll play both, no question, but DoW2 just has a better setting and concepts behind it.
Most intelligent people who say Resident Evil 5 is racist aren't saying it's racist because you're killing black people. Most, if not all, of the criticism was aimed at the racist IMAGERYfrom the original trailer.Greatgone12

Games got me through college! When my head was about to bust, too full of deadlines, equations, and papers to write, I could jump into a game and smash some Zerglings, or snipe a German, or lay waste to weak Mediterranean empires! It's also a cheap and quick thing to do. Rather than getting in a car and shelling out 10 bucks for a 2hr movie for one night, I can sit at my computer and pay maybe 50 bucks for a 30 hr game stretched out over a few weeks.
Huh, traits are interesting, but it almost seems like a gimmick at this point, "yes we're giving you 90% of the same crap you've seen before but here's something old from other games, and... uh... a flamethrower... yeah that should get their attention..."
I guess when you have such a large fan base you don't need to worry about flopping titles. However, I'd still hope that they're not overcommitting before launching 2.
I think for a lot of people it's the transition that they don't understand. Years ago, consoles were the only real way to play any decent type of video game. Then the computer became standard in homes and games, mostly of one or two genres flooded the market for the PC. Now we have a lot of division in the PC market, and it's those divisions that lead people to believe that the "PC is dying". For example, several years ago (ok, maybe 5-10) MMO's were nearly unheard of, now they are becoming a majority. So, while the PC is still the platform, the single player RPG genre is decreasing, while the MMORPG genre is booming. So the single player RPG fans complain. That's all. Change is good people, get over it!
