It's worth mentioning that the devs are erasing any post on the Steam forums that haves negative criticism towards the game. Not even Paradox did that with Gettysburg, Lexis Numerique with Amy or even fricking Gearbox did that with DNF.While I usually dissaprove incredibly agressive criticism... this is a terrible move, specially for a game that looks and feels like a poorly made mod with motion blur.
@Polybren But here's the thing, we actually have constructive opinions and we do say "Ok, this games aren't good because of X reasons", he just said "Japanese games suck" without even saying why. How can anyone defend that? A game developer conference isn't System Wars. And you are right about Crush though, I had no idea they made Chime too (Loved that game).
I love Suda 51 so much, he makes some amazing games, hell, I even liked Flower, Sun And Rain which is kind of surprising considering how insane some of the puzzles are. I'm definetely getting Lollipop Chainsaw day 1. "At the same time a few blocks away, in a Q&A following a screening of Indie Game: The Movie, Fez designer Phil Fish was telling a Japanese audience member that Japanese games today suck. The next morning, Fish took to Twitter to apologize for being rough with his response. And then, within the same 140-character-limited tweet, reiterated that Japanese games "are f***ing terrible nowadays." He'll have the right to say that when his long delayed, indie game Fez actually receives amazing scores. Which BTW looks a lot like Crush and Crush 3D, a Japanese game. What's up with gamers and indie devs and their egos?
How much do you guys want to bet that all of those cyber-bullies come from System Wars, GT and Neogaf? Anyways, I can't understand why people whine and moan so much about games, music, movies or books. It's not like they are destroying a part of you so it's even less comprehensible that they could go that far over something as minuscule as the fricking option of avoiding combat on a plot based game.
