This is the dumbest question ever, who gives a crap if the game you are playing is exclusive or not. It doesn't change the game in anyway. mfp16

Actually it can affect game-play since your developing for the 360 and the pc it ends up limiting either the 360 or pc version and in the end leads to a game that could have been great and turning it into a game that is just meh. The great thing about exclusivity is not just being able to gloat about having it on your preferred system but letting the game designers focus solely on building it for that specific system. in-turn creates a superior version than wold have been if the attention was split down the middle between 2 different systems.

HDD-required games should happen and you better make them happen. 20% of the 360 market will have to spring for a hardrive, too bad. Although I think with a core console serial number and the purchase ofa HDD-required game, a core user should be able to get a considerable discount on a 20 gig drive, either that or a free one, I mean who's gonna buy a 20 gig now anyway, they will collect dust on store shelves. Get rid of them and get rid of the core once and for all, problem solved! That will make devs even happier to create games on 360 and make sureyou stay ahead of ah, those other guys.Forget the HD-DVD games people, lets just get HDD-required games and that will keep 360 on top until the next gen.

MICROSOFT, YOU NEED TO READ THIS POST!!!!

P.S. Wasn't that the whole point of the Core system, so that you enjoy part of the 360 experience when your broke and thanupgrade it later?

Yes, because the game is not on another console. The PC is owned by Microsoft anyway so they can say what they want. That last statement ends all the discussion. Game over.bloodbore8

Yes but hundreds of millions have a pc only 11 million have a 360 almost every person with a wii and ps3 have a pc thus making it possible to play gears of war without ever coming across a 360 so how is it exclusive to the 360 if you don't need a 360 to play it?

[QUOTE="Akm4everz"]yes because some of the games ported to the pc turn out lame.kevy619

Not just that, but can you honestly say that any game, on any console will never be playable on a pc (emulation)? So why does it count when an xbox game is ported years later to the pc?

Yes but it only took gears of war the 360's best game to date only half a year to land a spot on the pc, and even scored itself some exclusive content.

As many of us know by now almost every game that goes the the 360 goes to the pc as well. the 360's most popular games go to the pc like halo and gears of war how can they be considered exclusive if almost anyone can play them anyway? This is a simple question so don't come in here and start rioting

No all of the ps3 exclusives are PS3's halo. This years main game coming to the 360 is halo 3 they also have bioshock and some other while the ps3 has at least 10 or so great exclusives coming up. then agian halo's sales could be higher than actual ps3 sold

[QUOTE="Killzall"][QUOTE="814StopsToday"][QUOTE="Killzall"]

[QUOTE="814StopsToday"]Less than 2 weeks and still no official release date, I don't hold much hope for this happening, I expect this in November like most stores have listed814StopsToday

What are you talking about it's the 28th of this month.

That's US, there's been no official word of the UK release date

Ah I see but I can almost guarantee that at least the PSN version will launch on the 28th. Besides why would they lie about a simultaneous launch? they really have nothing to gain by lying since they aren't trying to hype the game.

I know they wouldn't lie, but not a single retailer has even acknowledged this game in terms of advertising yet, expect dissapointment and you won't be dissapointed

lol well thats a way to look at things and I guess it works, but it can't be to fun to always expect disappointment I always savedissapointment forwhen ea comes out with a new game.
