I lol at the fact you think your tv is better than any monitor. Are consolites this dumb?Back in the day...NES games were released alongside the SNES...Dreamcast competed with the N64/Playstation....The game gear wasn't outmatched until the DS came out. Weird things have happened over the years.
To sum it all up...when the Wii U is released....its next gen. Sony and MS can jump in whenever the heck they want. The SNES came out 2 years after the Genesis and Xbox/GC/PS2 years after the Dreamcast. The Wii U can flourish for years ahead of the competition.
Doesn't matter if you release first...last...have the best graphics or anything. PS2 couldnt hold a candle to the Xbox....but the PS2 sold a crap load. Its all about the games people...all about the games.
As far as these PC gamers are concerned. "duhh, I can upgrade my computer whenever...duuhh huhhh!" "Computers are always good,,,duhhh huawww!"
I'll say to them...at least I'm not confined to a wheelie chair/desk/ and keys/a mouse. Or a heavy notebook sitting and scorching my lap. I don't have to buy a new graphics card to meet new standards every couple years, no fumbling with settings and configuring my keyboard and controls, not worrying about long instyall times...and I have a TV that will crap over any monitor on the market.
