Should know I'm actually now kinda doubting whether I should purchase Modern Warfare 3, seeing as how it has a 6.5 user score... :?

Maybe Battlefield 3 or Modern Warfare 2 is the way to go... :P

Pros:
-Likable characters and memorable quotes.
-Riddler puzzles are pretty fun but there aren't enough of them.
-Exciting combat, even though it's a bit unfair at times.
-Great ambiance really makes you feel like you're in a madhouse.
-Realistic enemy AI.
-Tons of cool gadgets and attacks to use.

Cons:
-Great sound effects are brought down by disappointing music that practically doesn't exist at times.
-Too many Riddler trophies to collect.
-Like I said before, the combat gets unfair when you have like 5 enemies hitting you one after the other and they don't give you a chance to counter or get away (it doesn't happen often, but when it does it's really annoying.)
-Batman is not Ezio or Altair, even though he mimics them; climbing around takes a long time if you can't grapple anywhere.
-No mini-map on the HUD so you constantly have to pause the game to know where to go.

Arkham Asylum is a great game, but it has its flaws of course. I give it an 8.5.
