@iwaslike1234 I wouldnt recommend a laptop for gaming. Sure they are mobile...But they eat through battery life soo fast and they just are not as powerful as a Desktop. And the few that are cost about 2x the price as a equivalent Desktop.

@AlecBerg You mean like a game like Team Fortress 2 that still is sporting over 100,000 players online each day 7 years down the road? Well that would mean actually having to offer stuff like Mod support and new content on a regular basis for free...something neither game really does unless they are trying to cram more DLC down your throat for a 20 dollar price tag.

Game still doesnt have any sort of Mod Support, looks great but its never gonna have that replay value such as games like BF2 or TF2. Having customized maps and such keeps things fresh and interesting for many years. Instead we are forced to buy DLC map packs or just buy the next new game 1 or 2 years down the road.

@wavelength121 Except for the fact that this first came out on PC? And later got released on the PS3 and 360...Did you even try playing Episode 1 or 2? I far prefered the episodes over the original. And what also makes the game soo great is the engine, it has a great engine that is fully modable. Just look at Gary's Mod which uses the source engine, you can do soo much with the game...you cant really same the same for any other FPS out there that releases.

I honestly dont understand why people even still waste their money on COD with these 60 dollar expansion packs! I get more content for FREE from many games on PC than you do from a new COD each year.

Its also looking like BF is starting to go down the same route which is a shame. Not a single map pack was free for BF3, and EA are going to try and push for $80 dollar games next gen that will be crammed with DLC.

@hrst1 Cuz controllers are terrible for shooters, can never be fully accurate. After going with keyboard and Mouse, I dont think id ever want to play an FPS with a controller ever again.

@blkgto @ajay1708 So is my PC and im just fine with it...Honestly who cares what fancy shape it is. Whats with peoples obsession with the console looking cool? They forget it still has to be designed so there is good airflow and plenty of room for the hardware to sit inside it without it being too bulky.

Fast forward one year, vast majority of xbox's having overheating issues due to Microsoft desperately trying to overclock their system.

Looks like PC gaming will be stuck with games optomized with DX11, much like how last gen we were stuck with games and developers who only focused on DX9. Would be nice if their GPU would be compatible for DX12 whenever it may come out in the next few years.
