Do you mean to tell me PC can offer such services (Such as steam) and it be absolutly free? While microsoft hides all kinds of features behind their XBL G. Its nothing but pure profit for them, and to add to the greediness I still have to put up with stupid advertisements even though Im a gold member!

@Cronyk Still these features should be FREE! Infact being able to simply play a game online should be FREE! This isnt 2004, its 2013. Sever hosting and such is soo damn cheap. Then there is the fact that the vast majority of games Microsoft doesnt even host, its the developers and peer to peer hosting which costs Microsoft nothing.

What soo wrong about demanding features the console comes with to be free? How come systems such as PC can offer services on Par, if not better in some areas for free and the Console cannot?

@Pikdum Pretty much, next thing we know we will have to pay a subscription for Co-op or something.

Next week they will announce that the xbox will not turn on and the kinect will not work unless you have Xbox Live Gold!!!! Oh wait that would be a good thing wouldnt it?

@liotinedario Countless discounted games, Free video game Recording, No having to pay a subscription (other than internet) to play games online, Mods!, more customization and games run better. Honestly console gaming is getting nearly as expensive as PC gaming. Yet on consoles you are more limited.

Soo us players have to pay you every month to use certain cervices that come with the xbox that should be able to be used for free? This is why I tend to stay away from consoles. I still dont understand why we even need to pay a subscription just to even play games online. Majority of developers host the servers themselves, or its peer to peer hosting...it costs microsoft literally nothing. On top of all this, our dashboard is spammed with ads even though we are paying monthly for the services.

@JLCrogue but you get a COD DLC every year for a full 60 dollar price tag!

@Oozyrat @djpetitte Actually no its not a new engine. They said they took the old engine and polished it up even more...Pretty much the same thing they have been doing all these years. If it was a new engine you would expect to see better animations (Those dog animations are horrid) and actual destructible environment.
